Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 9, 2026 (Updated May 10, 2026)  ·  TAP AND PRINT LLC  ·  Town and Country, Missouri
Plain-English summary: Tap & Print provides a mobile app that lets you select photos and order prints. The actual print order is fulfilled by a partner — either a retailer you pick up from (Walgreens) or a mail partner (Fujifilm). The partner prints the photos, charges you for them, and either hands them to you at pickup or ships them to you. We are not the merchant of record for any order. We are not responsible for partner print quality, partner availability, partner pricing, or partner shipping times. Our role is to help you queue, organize, and submit your order to the partner you select. Please read Section 7 and Section 8 carefully.

1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tap & Print mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TAP AND PRINT LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Tap & Print," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. What the Service does and does not do

What Tap & Print provides:

What Tap & Print does not provide:

Important: Tap & Print is an order-submission and organization service only. Your contract for printing services, and the payment transaction for those services, is directly with the retailer (for pickup) or with Fujifilm (for mail). Tap & Print has no control over their operations, availability, pricing, print quality, or shipping.

3. Fees and payment

Tap & Print app usage

Tap & Print is free to download and use. We do not charge you a fee for queueing photos, submitting orders, or receiving status updates. Our revenue comes from retailer affiliate commissions and mail-order partner commissions on completed orders — not from user-side fees.

Pickup-order payment

When you place a pickup order, the retailer you select is the merchant of record. You pay the retailer directly for your prints through their checkout experience (integrated within the app flow or on their website, depending on the retailer). Tap & Print does not see, store, or process your payment card information.

Mail-order payment

When you place a mail order, Fujifilm is the merchant of record. You pay Fujifilm directly through their in-app checkout experience, including any applicable shipping and handling. Tap & Print does not see, store, or process your payment card information, your shipping address, or any other information you provide to Fujifilm. Fujifilm's terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, and shipping policies apply to the mail-order transaction.

Disputes and refunds

Any dispute regarding payment, pricing, order fulfillment, shipping, or refunds for your prints must be directed to the partner who fulfilled the order — the retailer for pickup, or Fujifilm for mail. Their terms of service, refund policies, and dispute-resolution procedures apply to the payment transaction.

Future fee changes

We reserve the right to introduce optional user-side fees in the future — for example, a convenience fee, a priority-slot upgrade, or a tip mechanism. If we do, any such fee will be clearly disclosed in the app before you are charged, and this section will be updated. No user-side fees are in effect as of the effective date of these Terms.

4. Your photos and content

Your ownership

You retain full ownership of your photos. Uploading photos to Tap & Print does not transfer any rights to us.

Limited license

By uploading photos, you grant Tap & Print a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit those photos solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your print order to the retailer or mail partner you select. This license expires when your photos are deleted per our data retention policy described in the Privacy Policy. You separately grant the retailer or mail partner you select whatever license they require to print and deliver your order, under that partner's own terms.

Your responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

Copyright enforcement

Print partners independently enforce copyright policies. Retailers and Fujifilm may refuse to print photos they believe are copyrighted professional photographs without proper authorization. Tap & Print is not responsible for a partner's refusal to print your photos on copyright grounds.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to queue, submit, or print photos that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Orders and reference codes

When you place a pickup order, we submit it to the retailer's print API and return their order identifier and promise time to you via the app. The retailer notifies you directly (by email, SMS, or retailer app) when your prints are ready for pickup.

When you place a mail order, you complete checkout inside Fujifilm's interface (including shipping address and payment). Fujifilm sends order confirmation, shipping notifications, and tracking information directly to you. Tap & Print may receive limited order-completion data (such as order placed, total, and delivery type) for our internal records, but does not see your shipping address, contact information, or order tracking details.

If you contact Tap & Print support, we may issue you a short reference code to help us locate your order in our systems. This code is for support purposes only.

Partner availability, promise times, fulfillment, and shipping are subject to each partner's own hours, equipment availability, and policies. Tap & Print does not guarantee that any partner will accept or fulfill any specific order. If a partner declines or cancels an order, Tap & Print will relay that status in the app where the partner provides such status to us.

Pickup orders placed on behalf of another person (gift mode)

For pickup orders, Tap & Print allows you to place a print order with a different person designated as the pickup recipient (“gift mode”). When you do so, you represent and warrant that:

Tap & Print is not liable for orders placed in gift mode that are not picked up, are picked up incorrectly, or are refused by the recipient. Cancellation and refund (if any) of unclaimed orders follow the retailer's policy. We do not retain the pickup person's contact information beyond the retention timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

Mail orders to a third-party recipient

For mail orders, Fujifilm collects the shipping address and recipient information directly through their checkout. If you ship to someone other than yourself, you represent and warrant that you have permission to send prints to that recipient at the address provided, and that the photos do not violate the recipient's privacy or any applicable law. Fujifilm's policies and terms govern shipping, delivery, missed-delivery handling, and refunds for mail orders.

6. Pricing information

Pricing displayed in the Tap & Print app is sourced from the retailer's live product catalog (for pickup) or from Fujifilm's catalog (for mail) at the time of display. Where a partner does not expose live pricing, we use a recently-verified snapshot. Either way, the final price charged to you at checkout is determined by the retailer or by Fujifilm — not by Tap & Print — and may include promotions, price changes, local taxes, shipping (for mail orders), or regional variations that we are not aware of. You are responsible for verifying the final price with the partner before completing payment.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAP AND PRINT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WARRANTIES REGARDING PRINT QUALITY, COLOR ACCURACY, PAPER FINISH, OR SHIPPING CONDITION (THESE ARE THE PARTNER'S RESPONSIBILITY); WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; AND WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF PARTNER PRICING, AVAILABILITY, PROMISE-TIME ESTIMATES, OR SHIPPING-TIME ESTIMATES.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAP AND PRINT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PHOTOS DUE TO TECHNICAL FAILURE OF OUR SYSTEMS OR THE PARTNER'S SYSTEMS; PARTNER REFUSAL TO PRINT, EQUIPMENT FAILURE, POOR PRINT QUALITY, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING; DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ESTIMATED PRICING DISPLAYED IN THE APP AND ACTUAL PRICING AT CHECKOUT; DELAYS IN PARTNER FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING, OR DELIVERY BEYOND ESTIMATES; OR INCORRECT CONTACT OR SHIPPING INFORMATION ENTERED BY YOU THAT PREVENTS PARTNER NOTIFICATION OR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IN THE AGGREGATE. THIS LIMIT EXISTS BECAUSE TAP & PRINT DOES NOT CHARGE YOU FOR USE OF THE SERVICE AND HAS NO ONGOING PAYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU FROM WHICH DAMAGES COULD REASONABLY BE MEASURED.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAP AND PRINT LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights — including intellectual property rights in photos you upload.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your queued photos will be deleted according to our standard retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting the app from your device removes your session token and disconnects your device from any active queue. Orders already submitted to a retailer or mail partner prior to deletion will continue to be fulfilled by that partner under the partner's own terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

For minor disputes, please contact us first at support@tapandprint.com — we will make a reasonable effort to resolve issues informally before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, if changes are material, notify you via the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
